What the Market Wants . . .

The market was basically flat last week, as well as today, as investors appear to be sitting on their hands until after the mid-term elections tomorrow. So we’ve decided to postpone the publication of What the Market Wants until after market close on Wednesday, 11/3. By then we’ll have the election results, as well as Wednesday’s FOMC announcement on the Fed’s decision about a second of quantitative easing (i.e., continuing to expand the money supply).   Our comments on Wednesday will be a lot more important than they would be today.
